Voyager Records

The Golden Record is a NASA project of sounds, music, images and messages sent from Earth to space, designed as a time capsule of humanity for potential contact with aliens in 1977.

I reinterpreted the record cover and three of its sleeves as a visual navigation that an alien would be able to track through. I got inspired by Picasso’s hand drawn constellations, where visual language conveys an abstraction of space, stars and the unknown.
